My Hub is personalised to meet your individual requirements, depending on your role. Select the section below that reflects your role to understand how My Hub will help you.
I am a Site Worker

Many previously manual processes will now be automated.  

Via an app, on your mobile device, you will be able to access My Hub to: 

  • Update your personal information including emergency contacts.
  • View Annual leave balances.
  • Apply for leave and review progress of your request.
  • Access your payslips. [Payslips won’t be emailed to you]
  • Add relevant licences, certificates, and qualifications to your profile.
  • Check on other job opportunities within the Winslow group. 

Nothing will change with regards to your current pay and conditions.

I am an Area Supervisor

Many previously manual processes will now be automated.

  • Access your payslips. [Payslips won’t be emailed to you – TBC with technical team]
  • Add relevant licences, certificates, and qualifications to your profile.
  • Check on other job opportunities within the Winslow group. 
  • Review and approve / decline your team members leave.
  • View your team’s leave calendar.
  • Initiate Recruiting process to fill vacant positions and then easily monitor progress.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process and easily monitor progress.
  • Receive alerts / notifications of tasks, which have been allocated to you, and see them in “For You Today” on your landing page. 

Nothing will change with regards to your current pay and conditions.
